Tammy is an absolute massage wizard! I've been to countless osteopath appointments during pregnancy to deal with sciatica pain in both pregnancies and although they relieve it mostly some pain still remains. Tammy fit me in for an emergency appointment and all of the pain is completely gone! Not even residual inflammation meaning I've been able to be a lot more mobile in my third trimester than with my firstborn!

Had a great time taking part in a 5 week baby massage course ran by Tammy. Both myself and my little girl have really enjoyed it!

Tammy was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The room was very sensory for our last session. Useful tips for our little one was given, everything explained and a great bonding experience at the baby massage class. The sensory gifts we had each week has brought great joy to my little one too.

I have recently completed the Hypnobirthing Course with Tammy and found it incredibly useful.
This is my 3rd child and the techniques and breathing exercises you learn in Hypnobirthing really do help get you into a positive mindset and feel calm and relaxed.
Tammy is extremely knowledgeable and a really good support not just pre birth but post birth also.
I would highly recommend that anyone who is expecting a baby speak to Tammy to find out how she can best support you.

Tammy really helped me with my little one who had colic. She took the time to give me some techniques to help with his stomach issues. I completed the baby massage course on a 1-2-1 basis which was excellent, my little one now has a routine of massage and bath and is able to put himself to sleep, all from the help of Tammy. I recommend doing the baby massage course. Thankyou Tammy for all your help, your patience and kindness was great.

I visited Tammy for a couple of sessions of reflexology during the later stages of my pregnancy. I honestly cannot recommend her enough! I was struggling to sleep and was super uncomfortable towards the end and found having reflexology not only helped me relax and ease my aches, but also helped me sleep (and my god I needed it!). A couple of days after my last session of labour inducing reflexology (at 39 weeks pregnant) we welcomed our little boy into the world! Tammy was super friendly and professional throughout my treatments and very clean and hygienic. She also showed a genuine interest, and asked me to let her know if anything happened each time I visited, which I felt showed her compassion and genuineness. I can’t wait to come back for baby massage classes (and maybe for more pregnancy related treatments in the future). And I’ll definitely be treating myself to more reflexology in the future! Thank you so much again Tammy! Xx

Tammy was a wonderful recommendation from my sister-in-law who also enjoyed her classes. I took advantage of being able to have some “me time” during pregnancy and purchased a few block sessions of pregnancy yoga. I wasn’t sure how much I would get from the class as it was online due to Covid restrictions. However, I was very wrong! I looked forward to taking part in the class each week, Tammy has a lovely, calming ora about her which is perfect for helping to relax. I especially enjoyed her cool down sessions. I was able to use the breathing techniques learnt in the classes throughout my labour - it helped to give me something to focus on other than pain.
As I write this review with my little girl in my arms, I am feeling very relaxed after attending another of Tammy’s classes. This time I have booked a block session of baby massage and after only attending 1 class, I already know I’m going to look forward to going back each week. My little girl clearly loved the session too as she remained very calm and alert, taking in her surroundings and enjoying some pampering. Thank you Tammy for the lovely services you provide!

Tammy has been a great find for me, both during pregnancy and now I have a little one. The pregnancy yoga classes were great for some gentle exercise and breathing practise and my daughter and I are now enjoying the mummy and baby yoga classes we can do together! We also recently completed the baby massage course which taught us some lovely relaxing routines and calming techniques. It’s also great that the mummy & baby yoga, as well as baby massage classes, are available on line afterwards so you can catch up if baby has been uncooperative at the time of the class! 😀

I can’t recommend the baby sessions enough !! Tammy has been so wonderful and helpful every step of the way with my little one. We took part in the baby yoga and the baby massage sessions and it really helped me and baby bond over some very calming activities, slowing time a little bit. It also helped me find some ways to relieve his teething and stomach pains through incorporating a massage routine in the mornings and evenings.
If you’re looking for a baby group to join, don’t hesitate to contact Tammy !!

If you are after a doula then you have found her! I have hired Tammy to assist with 2 home births and I can tell you I could not have achieved either without her. She is extremely professional and is an absolute necessity for a serene atmosphere; where you can truly relax because she fully is on your page and knows what you need. If I were to have another baby, Tammy would be the first to know. I now consider her a friend for life.

Tammy provides a wonderful service from amazing yoga classes, both pre and post advice on tap and lovely wellness treatments. I also recently ordered some lush eye masks from her which smell delightful and look lovely. They arrived super quickly too!
