Had the pleasure of worthing with and alongside Tammy. She is so knowledgeable in all areas of her work. Cool calm and collected but extremely approachable and caring. Always working towards her clients/families best outcomes and makes such a huge difference to families having positive experiences before, during and after birth. I have recommended Tammy to many expectant parents and all the feedback I have received has been so positive about the service she provides. I honestly feels that the reason Tammy is so good at what she does is because she does it ALL with passion for her clients and their families.

Attended 5 classes towards the end of my pregnancy and loved every one. Very relaxed atmosphere, helpful tips with calm breathing techniques for labour, tailored moves if struggling with a specific area and always a good giggle with the class. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning with any future pregnancies.

A big thank you to Tammy, she opened our eyes to what we were about to go through. We didn’t have any time to go to any antenatal classes due to work commitments. She gave us an insight into all aspects of the pregnancy and let us know what to expect before and after the birth. We had a great workshop with her, it was just my partner and I and she made us feel very comfortable. Tammy is extremely knowledgable and was able to

Tammy is absolutely amazing. I've used her pregnancy massage services twice booked in for a third. Everytime I feel so relaxed and put at ease. Lovely person amazing at what she does. Every pregnant woman needs to visit this lady ❤

A truly wonderful service which I could not recommend highly enough! Tammy provides a tailored birth support service for whatever your needs are. Baby massage was definitely our favourite - really relaxed atmosphere which made it calm for both me and my little boy. Not only have i had the pleasure of trying a number of her services i feel i have made a firm friend in the process!

I have been attending Mum and Baby Yoga with my 8-month-old and it's made a huge difference to both of us. I am enjoying regaining strength post-partum and feeling like I'm doing something for me without having to worry about being separated from my baby. Alongside the familiarity of a yoga class, these sessions are also made to be similar to a baby group, with singing and socialising. It's been lovely getting to know the other mommies and sharing our experiences. My daughter hasn't always been the most cooperative during these sessions but the positive touching (rather than nappy changes or being rocked to sleep etc) seems to have made her much more receptive to a calming cuddle, which has made this class worth it just for that alone! Thank you, Tammy.

I met Tammy when I was only a couple of months pregnant but as soon as we were a few minutes into our first meet, I knew I would ask her to be my doula. She was very understanding and professional from the very beginning, but most of all she was confident. I needed that! Tammy made me really confident throughout my pregnancy. She was on the end of the phone whenever I had even a small question, and we met up around 4 times during my pregnancy. Her massages were so relaxing and just what I needed. On delivery day she brought confidence into my home, along with humour, knowledge and serenity. I didn’t have to worry about anything that was happening. I didn’t have to worry about calling the midwife, that my husband was ok, if the phone was ringing or anything. Tammy was like a buffer between me and the outside world while I was focusing on my contractions and my baby. Without her, I’d have ceased up under the pressure, stress and worry - thinking about the present, what’s next, and what could happen. Both practically and spiritually (and in other ways too) Tammy offered support. She just knew what to do and it made me fully trusting in the process.
I delivered a healthy 9lb 10oz baby boy in my lounge and I know I could not have done it without Tammy.

I have just enjoyed my first full body pregnancy massage with Tammy. Wow! Super relaxing and she was very knowledgeable too about how I could ease my lower back pain. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to all pregnant mommas out there 🥰

We attended Tammy's baby massage class. My daughter loved it and it gave us a lovely bedtime routine. Tammy is an excellent teacher and offers fantastic pregnancy, baby and breastfeeding advice too. We'd definitely take a class again when we decide on baby #2!
