I put almost the entire contents of my flat into storage six years ago and have just had it delivered to my new home. The unit was secure and everything was fitted in to the smallest possible space like a giant 3D Tetris! The reception staff were excellent - friendly and helpful each time I went there. I had their removals people to take my stuff there and was asked whether I'd like the same team to bring it from the unit at the end of its stay. The removals team (led by Tony) and their coordinator (Luke) were all friendly, professional and efficient. Not a single item is damaged that I can see and the whole process was made very easy and non-stressful. Thanks to all! I'd certainly use them all again!

Just a great place, on an old RAF base, staff are brilliant, the only downside is it has an opening and closing times....that's the only reason it never got 5 stars....(if u have a problem they will solve it with you..)

Excellent place, great service, very proffesional and friendly staff/team. I looked around in walsall and this was the best and ticks all the boxes! Units have got great height therefore able to store a lot more items. Admiral also has a 24 hour acessible unit for an expected higher price but the security is on point. I would recommend this place without a doubt.

Our house move date was constantly moving.
Admiral were absolutely brilliant with us and although because of constantly changing dates the services we could use had to keep be amended they couldn't of been more helpful. We hired a van with them for 2 days and rented storage for 8 weeks. The whole moving experience was horrendous for us but Admiral were brilliant and It was the one part of moving that went smoothly. They communicated brilliant and were always there to help. Thank you Admiral x

Rented a Luton van for a house move, cheapest available in the area and clean. Friendly, cheerful woman behind the hire window. Used Admiral van hire before and got no reason to use anyone else.
