During my recent house move I had to put the entire contents of my home into storage; my removal company recommended Admiral. On arrival I was offered a much needed drink while the team sorted everything out. I found them to be friendly yet very professional. I returned after two months to collect my belongings and they remembered me and delivered the same excellent standard of customer service!

I've had various possessions stored at Admiral for 11 or 12 years now while I've had a relatively nomadic lifestyle. The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful, there's no fuss or drama, and I haven't had a single issue or problem in all that time. My belongings are secure, and always clean and dry. It's also good value; certain other storage companies in the West Midlands still add on "small print" charges which really ramp up the cost, as my cousin discovered. I'll be keeping my belongings with Admiral for the forseeable future because there's no reason to go elsewhere.

I had to look for a storage for my goods very urgently because of some emergency. Admiral was my first place of enquiry. The staff on duty was so polite and responsive that made me to stop thinking of alternative. It was 'love at first sight' with the company. The customer service was perfect and professional.

I put almost the entire contents of my flat into storage six years ago and have just had it delivered to my new home. The unit was secure and everything was fitted in to the smallest possible space like a giant 3D Tetris! The reception staff were excellent - friendly and helpful each time I went there. I had their removals people to take my stuff there and was asked whether I'd like the same team to bring it from the unit at the end of its stay. The removals team (led by Tony) and their coordinator (Luke) were all friendly, professional and efficient. Not a single item is damaged that I can see and the whole process was made very easy and non-stressful. Thanks to all! I'd certainly use them all again!

Just a great place, on an old RAF base, staff are brilliant, the only downside is it has an opening and closing times....that's the only reason it never got 5 stars....(if u have a problem they will solve it with you..)
