First class service from all the ladies behind the counter in both the storage & vehicle hire departments. Very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean & well maintained. My only moan is- both times I collected the box Luton van, the fuel was almost empty. Other than that is was a pleasure doing business with them.

Admiral stored a house full of my junk for several years whilst I was abroad, and relocated it to a different county when I finally bought a house. Everything is intact, and they were very easy to deal with by phone and email. Top outfit!Services: Local removals, Storage

Hired a van from the walsall branch. Customer service was great, prices competitive, vehicle was clean and maintained to a good standard, parking facilities to leave your car whilst you have the use of the van. We had no complaints and will definitely use this company again in the future should we need a similar service. Thanks Admiral Storage.

Very happy with the service provide by Admiral, this was the third time we used their storage facility and each time have had excellent service with no problems. I cannot say enough about Admiral. They are the epitome of good service. The staff are not only helpful but pleasant and friendly too. We moved and went into storage just as lockdown was happening and we had to change our plans on almost an hourly basis but the team at Admiral reacted with no fuss and suggested solutions that made a stressful time so much easier. This approach was the same from Luke and the office team, the man who estimated the storage requirements and Tony and the removal guys. This applied to both moving in and out of storage including a seamless move to a smaller unit once the bulk of furniture had been moved. The storage facilities are excellent too, dry clean, well lit and secure. The same positive feed back applies to the van hire team who were also super to work with.

I found using Admiral Self Storage company really easy. They were prompt at answering my emails and phone calls. I had half of my storage delivered after just over 1 year and the rest after 3 years in total. Everything came back as it had gone in, really good condition. Nothing was smelling or damaged. The guy who did the removals were great as well, really polite and helpful. The same guys did all 3 moves so that was an added bonus, especially when it came to rebuilding a complicated marble table. Would really recommend Luke and the company. Thanks
