Best vets in the area. I had some bad experiences with other vets when my cat was very unwell with kidney failure. These guys are amazing and I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else. Very personalised service and very affordable. Big thanks from us

Took my cat here today for the first time and I was so impressed. The cat clinic has a lovely calming feel to it and the vet Emma is lovely. My cat is very nervous but he was fine and relaxed. Emma took time to talk to us and make sure my cat was relaxed before giving him his jabs. Highly recommend.

Had my two 5 month old kittens neutered here recently , the staff were really kind and understanding as I wanted to bring the two kittens together in a travel playpen so to make the journey easier and less stressful for them and they said it wasn't a problem . Took them in for 8am fetched them back at 1pm., kittens were fine after surgery , no issues at all and the staff were very friendly and reassuring . Whoever did their operation as I don't think it was the young girl who went through the after care with us on collecting them but whoever the vet was a sincere thank you . ❤️ 🐈⬛🐈⬛

I cannot thank the 387 team enough, especially, Emma, Carlos, and Rachael Turner. Having 4 rescue cats it’s incredible important to see people who you trust 100 %.
They go above and beyond and treat them as their own. Always giving you knowledgeable information that you can understand and always run through test results.
The receptionists genuinely can’t be any kinder., especially Angie & Clare. You can tell they love animals and they always make such a fuss of my babies. Their small moments of human kindness asking how you are means a lot.. Emma’s seen the slightest of issues like eczema to eye cancer and removal of eye.
Having the “Cat Clinic” is something I love. To have a safe space and soothing music playing really calms myself as well as kitties.
I couldn’t recommend this vet team more highly.

We brought our dog in with what we thought was a simple infection, but when treatment didn’t work and his condition worsened, the team acted with urgency and compassion, carrying out further tests that led to the heartbreaking diagnosis of cancer. Throughout this incredibly difficult time, every member of staff, from the reception team to nurses and vets has shown us genuine care, empathy, and support. They’ve not only cared for our dog but also consistently asked after all of us with each phone call or visit.

Fantastic vets, we recently took on a new puppy to go with out 6 year old pug with myelopathy. Sam has gone above and beyond for our pug, happy to go over the consultation over the phone with me to answer any questions. Our new pup I was concerned about the flea and wormers he came with and reception staff were amazing at helping me with my queries and put us on the right path. Lovely to see Hamish and the others at chez fest too! Shows they care about the community pets. We look forward to years with you guys (hopefully only for boosters 😂) thank you Sam, Hamish and Claire on reception for being so down to earth and putting the welfare of your animals and their owners first!
