They have been marvellous treating my poorly and unpredictable cat. I have had to mess them about owing to Clover going AWOL at her appointment time and they have bent over backwards to accommodate us. Well done

My dealings are not over yet as my cat is in palliative care now, but, I have to say I've always had great service from 387 in particular Sam the vet who's supported me through lily's illness. Thanks guys highly recommend

Brilliant vets, appointments booked without delay and the staff are wonderful. The care is second to none, great advice and guidance given and the dog is always made a fuss of. She actually likes going and comes out with a waggy tail!

I started using their cat clinic last year due to moving to Shropshire from London with my elderly cat which was previously seen by a cat specialist vet. I had no disappointment, Dr Hamish is super knowledgeable and helped me to pinpoint why my cat changed behaviours after our move. I liked so much that I've registered my two dogs with them too and I drive 30 min from Telford to visit them, had amazing experience with the other vets and the nurses are super friendly and helpful. 5 stars clinic ✨️

Such a friendly team. The ladies at the desk were so helpful and the vet who attended to our pup was amazing, kind and really informative. I just wished this practice was in Sutton Coldfield. 🐕🐕🐾🤗

Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else - a lovely personable veterinary practice with a kind, compassionate team who treat their clients and patients with the utmost respect and dignity. High standards of care are always adopted at 387 - the practice is clean, well equipped and I know that my pets are in the safest of hands - highly recommend. Always receive super service here especially from Emma and Carlos - highly recommend!

Been going here since our dog was a puppy. He's six now. So far it has thankfully only been for routine checks and vaccination. Friendly staff. Appointment times adhered to. Always get a call to alert us at vaccination time. Has its own car park. Our family all use this veterinary practice.

had the difficult decision to have my dog put to sleep today. Hamish and the rest of the staff were fantastic with my dog and myself, can’t thank them enough for making it as painless as possible for both of us.

Please reception staff. Can you please think about the patients and peope in the waiting room. I was called at work and asked if I could change my time from 1530 to 150hrs. Which I gladly did. I raced home to get my gog Harry a quick walk before getting to 387 at ten to three. I eventually got in at 1530hrs. Which was the original time. Please could you at least come out and apologise and let people know you are running late. It was quite warm in there and some water for the patients wouldn't go amiss.

Brilliant place to take any injured or I'll animals! Iv been here with dogs, cats and rabbits with problems and every time I get sorted out fast with all the right needs for the animals. Also the staff are lovely and they always give good tips and advice on how to improve things or even if it's new tips! I would highly recommend. Also people ask about the price but they're very reasonable with price comparison to other vets.
