We have been with 387 vets ever since we had our two cats from a rescue and cannot fault them at all, all of the staff are lovely and genuinely care.
Special mention to Emma and Cody who helped us through a very difficult decision, for all of Emma’s advice and compassion when dealing with sensitive situations and for Cody’s reassuring nature.
I could go on about how wonderful this vets is but I’d surely be writing an essay, they’ll be getting a big thank you from us next time we’re visiting of course.

The clinic part is great. Calming and stress free environment. Always great availability but experts in cats. I chose to have my Siamese cats x2. (4 years) to have surgery on there teeth because the vet there had dental qualification for cats at the time one of the only handful of vets who holds such in the uk. The cost for bout was around 1.7k but worth every penny!

Absolutely wonderful veterinary surgery. All staff are extremely friendly & pleasant. I travel from Birmingham with my dog & cat to use this vets as they are so outstanding. Emma, Carlos and Hamish have been fantastic with my fur babies, they go above and beyond with their care for your animals. I highly recommend them and would never go anywhere else with my precious babies...I can't praise their services and professionalism enough..

My rabbit Mortimer has had multiple tooth extractions and I never doubt that he’s in the best care. This practice on multiple occasions has proved to me that they care about my animals and their needs. They are just as happy as me when Mortimer is doing well. Now he has His face back and is on the mend ❤️❤️

I had a difficult time trying to get an appointment in Scotland for my rabbit incisors to be extracted due to malocclusion , I was recommended this practice by a rescue and I honestly can’t say how helpful they have been, from the reception staff to the vet himself.
They were more than happy to offer an appointment to get this done, they requested all the medical history and everything needed from my current practice who couldn’t carry out these extractions - I received a phone call from the vet Hamish who mentioned he had worked in Scotland and gave me the names of several practices to try first to save us the trip but said he would be glad to have us if we cannot find anything else. They were super helpful, understanding and you can absolutely tell these guys are passionate about their jobs, helping people and their pets and not in it for the money. Thank you 😊
