Public areas within both 387 Veterinary Centre and the West Midlands Cat Clinic are air conditioned. Cat owners can relax in the calm environment of the dedicated cat clinic, complete with sofas and specially designed cat carrier tables, while other pet owners can wait comfortably in partitioned bays within the main reception area.

For pets that may feel more comfortable outside, the team is happy to meet owners at their vehicles when required.
