1st time Fix carried out quite a large job of replacing our boilers , we are a care home in walsall, Stephen Horne and his men carried out the work they were professional ,courteous, and tidy workers we would highly recommend them it’s difficult to find plumbers that do industrial jobs they will also carry out the inspection yearly and provide a certificate .

Fantastic service. We had a boiler leak on a bank holiday, Stephen replied to the query within 20 minutes with an appointment booked for the next day. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem straight away. Thoroughly recommend, we won’t use anyone else.

Have used this company for the first time to service and bring our oil boiler up to standard, and can’t speak highly enough about there service, Excellent communication and expertise. My boiler decided to not work on a Saturday evening and I didn't have any hot water or heating in the house, I contacted 1st Time Fix and I got a response straight away, the gentlemen came out Monday morning which was super quick and showed me the problem and fixed it straight away, very happy with the service and price, highly recommend

We phoned 1st time fix the very first time during the night and Stephen phoned us back early mornig to ask how he can help.He took action promptly and sent a polite, honest, and trustworthy young man Alex withen five minutes who fixed our boiler problem in no time.We never had such experince like that before ever.If there are more workers like Steve and his co workers like Alex the world would be a better place to live.we can't recomend highly enough 1st time fix.thank you Steve.

Messaged these guys Boxing Day after our oil boiler had stopped working. Absolute pleasure to deal with, booked appointment to sort out issue and service the boiler.
