Arrived on time and did a great job. Stephen was able to fix a problem with our boiler which 2 other engineers (from different companies) were unable to fix. I'll definitely be contacting him again next time we need a repair or service. Would highly recommend.

My boiler decided to stop working and leak on Saturday evening, I contacted 1st Time Fix on Sunday morning not expecting a reply. Stephen kindly replied within 10 minutes with an appointment booked for the following day. Upon inspection parts were required, these were ordered promptly and the job was completed within 4 days. They provide excellent communication and expertise to get the job sorted no matter how many problems they encounter! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you Stephen and all at 1st Time Fix!

Friendly, polite, professional and very efficient. The pipe work in my house is never straight forward, due to it being an old house. It didn't phase him and he was able to sort it in no time at all. I'm very grateful, as I had to turn my water off due to issues with the stop tap and pipe. I highly recommend this company.

Great service from 1st Time Fix... my shower was not getting hot. Stephen came round quickly to identify issue and order part. He fitted part and shower is back to normal, in fact it is hotter so great for me. Friendly, reliable and professional service.
