Excellent customer service, was very helpful with general questions and concerns i had with my heating. They always try to fix the issue by guiding you through possible fixes before having to book you in. Engineer who came to fix a broken valve was very polite, kept area clean & done a great job! Steve is a really nice chap, honest & reliable , we had a leaking pipe so called 1st time fix to come out and assess what was going on , Steve came back the day and time he said he would and sorted the problem. really happy with the service and professionalism he gave us and have recommended him to family members who have also had work completed …. Arrived on time and did a great job. Stephen was able to fix a problem with our boiler which 2 other engineers (from different companies) were unable to fix. I'll definitely be contacting him again next time we need a repair or service. Would highly recommend.
