I have has a boiler service and a radiator replacement in quick succession and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The technician came at the time booked ( 5 minutes early) and was pleasant, efficient and tidy.
I will take time in recommending this company for any gas or plumbing work and would suggest these guys to any of my friends or colleagues that need boiler work

Excellent service, we tried many other companies but they weren’t able to fix our problem. 1st time fix did exactly what they’re called, they came and fixed the boiler very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend 1st Time Fix to carry out any heating and plumbing issues you may have. Stephen has been a big help to us as we have tried to resolve an issue with our boiler. He diagnosed the issue correctly when others couldn't. Knowledgeable, reliable and friendly - we will definitely be using your services again should the need arise!

Did a boiler service for me, 2nd time I've used him and he was punctual and reliable, good price for the job. He returned to repair a dribbling cistern and refixed it to the wall noting the original builder had only fixed it to the plasterboard so it was rocking! Suberb work, he has replaced bathroom taps, carries all the kit so doesn't have to rearrange.

Had to call out someone to look at my boiler, so thought I would give these a go as they're a local company.
Couldn't be happier with the service I received, they've been brilliant from start to finish.
Called yesterday, and got no answer (small, and very busy from what the engineer told me today), but they were back in touch very quickly, and I was put in touch with Stephen, after a brief description of the issue, and sorting out a time to come round, that was day 1 done.
So today, I get a text message to let me know Stephen is on his way, and he arrived promptly. Very polite well mannered man. He came in and took a look at the boiler, and he sorted the problem in no time at al,and explained to me what the issue was and how it was fixed (I like to know these things).
His work was very tidy as well. No mess left at all.
The invoice came through (Stephen had already given me a rough estimate of cost, which is a very competitive price), and I was pleased with how much it was, I expecting it to be more. They really have impressed.
