The confirmation email and text message upon booking, the timely reminders the evening before visit and the messages to confirm the engineer was on his way all provided comfort and reassurance our boiler was on its way to be fixed and heat would be restored.
Upon arrival Stephen was fast, professional and tidy. Our boiler was back working quickly and our questions were answered thoroughly with sensible advice. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

2025 Update.
We have continued to use First Time Fix and have now used them to replace our old boiler. I am really pleased to report the excellent service remains. They do what they say, when they say they are going to do it. The work is neat, your home is left clean and everything works as they say it will do. The quality and assurance is brilliant and the prices are very reasonable.

We used 1st Time Fix for the first time 2years ago when they supplied and fitted our new boiler. We have just had our annual service carried out by there Gas Safe Engineer Stephen Ware. He is a very thorough and extremely knowledgeable engineer who is only to happy to offer advice and guidance with any aspect of our central heating system.
