The confirmation email and text message upon booking, the timely reminders the evening before visit and the messages to confirm the engineer was on his way all provided comfort and reassurance our boiler was on its way to be fixed and heat would be restored.
Upon arrival Stephen was fast, professional and tidy. Our boiler was back working quickly and our questions were answered thoroughly with sensible advice. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

My boiler decided to stop working and leak on Saturday evening, I contacted 1st Time Fix on Sunday morning not expecting a reply. Stephen kindly replied within 10 minutes with an appointment booked for the following day. Upon inspection parts were required, these were ordered promptly and the job was completed within 4 days. They provide excellent communication and expertise to get the job sorted no matter how many problems they encounter! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you Stephen and all at 1st Time Fix!

Friendly, polite, professional and very efficient. The pipe work in my house is never straight forward, due to it being an old house. It didn't phase him and he was able to sort it in no time at all. I'm very grateful, as I had to turn my water off due to issues with the stop tap and pipe. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had a boiler replacement done by 1st Time Fix and I must say, the experience was exceptional! Not only did they display a high level of professionalism and expertise in their work, but Stephen's customer service was truly outstanding. From the first call to the completion of the job, they were attentive and responsive. Chris the engineer showed great care for my home, ensuring a clean and efficient installation and took the time to explain everything to me! The new boiler is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating solutions.

Great service from 1st Time Fix... my shower was not getting hot. Stephen came round quickly to identify issue and order part. He fitted part and shower is back to normal, in fact it is hotter so great for me. Friendly, reliable and professional service.

1st time Fix carried out quite a large job of replacing our boilers , we are a care home in walsall, Stephen Horne and his men carried out the work they were professional ,courteous, and tidy workers we would highly recommend them it’s difficult to find plumbers that do industrial jobs they will also carry out the inspection yearly and provide a certificate .

Used previously as found recommended via 'which'. Much better than British Gas who I've used for years. Able to send pics over before hand to help identify the possible problem which allowed the plumber to fix on first visit within minutes. Arrived when they said they would and left the area spotless afterwards. Will definitely use again.
