Excellent service from start to finish. The lady in the office was friendly, helpful, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The lads on site were professional, polite, and worked really hard to get everything sorted quickly and to a high standard. They left everything clean and tidy afterwards too. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing reliable work done.

Great service from 1st Time Fix, as always - i've used them for a few years for annual boiler service now, then when the central heating stopped working yesterday, they came out quickly and were able to fix the problem straight away with parts carried out with them. Dependable, reliable, competitive pricing and always friendly, pleasant, polite, efficient and leave no mess!

The guys were on time, friendly and very efficient. Sorted out the filling loop on our boiler that had a leak and also diagnosed and fixed a couple of other little issues too. Very pleased and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!

My combi boiler was leaking. I was quite stressed but Steve stopped the water & put my mind at ease. A part was needed so we had to wait a few days without hot water but we managed. A return appointment was made when the part arrived. Steve fitted it & did our annual service. The whole experience all the way through was excellent. Lottie kept us informed. We received text messages to let us know he was on the way. Pleased with the repair & service. Will definately use this company again.

This was the first time I used 1st Time Fix and it was a good experience, Steve and his colleague found the fault in my oil boiler by working methodology and fixed the blockage on at visit.
A friendly professional service throughout from making the first contact via email until the job was completed.
The only thing I could suggest is that on the message you send out the day before you attend there's estimated time of arrival (AM or PM) it would save the customer having to ring up on that day to find out.
That said, if you need heating boiler repairs or support I would recommend 1st Time Fix every time, they will be my first call when I need my boiler serviced or something else in the future.
