Ironbridge gorge is expecting record visitors in 2010

With the approach of the Olympic Games in 2012 and the birthplace of the modern Olympic games just down the road in Much Wenlock Ironbridge is expecting record visitors to the area.

The attraction of the numerous first class museums and the recent investment of £12million in Blists Hill Victorian museum is already attracting numerous new visitors to the Ironbridge area. Blist Hill Museum is already attracting record numbers.
