Called at 8am as needed an emergency plumber due to a severe leak, Joe was very accommodating and polite. He was able to send someone that afternoon. Two young chaps arrived at the agreed time and completed the work in good time. A great job done at a reasonable price. I'd previously been ripped off by a plumber when needed a job done at my aunt's and was wary, I needn't have been with JMR. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again shortly for some planned work.

Plumbers were very busy. Joe gave us a price but work entailed liaising with flooring contractor. After a couple of disappointing changes to the original date, the job was done in a day to our satisfaction. The job of replacing parts in the old cistern was problematic and Joe’s apprentice managed to get it working well but it eventually leaked and Joe was VERY QUICK to sort the work to our complete satisfaction at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Joe appears to be very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy - we would use JMR again without hesitation.

No quote sent before the work began.The day was chaotic, much coming and going. We were left with a very wet carpet and a hole in the outside wall with no offer to return to fill the hole in or to dry out the carpet. Toilet and sink work well.

My shower was leaking and needed to be replaced. My radiator had reached the end of its days. The JMR team were quick to sort this out for me before Christmas. Lovely team and brilliant work.

I found Joe on Checkatrade and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He went out of his way to source the parts needed, and undertook the work at a time convenient to me. He's friendly and helpful He did a good job at a good price. Have stored his telephone number in my phone as would definitely use again.

I originally contacted JMR plumbing with a leak below my bathroom. After having a look at options and the general state of the bathroom we decided actually it would be best to replace the whole thing. I'm very happy with the result, and confident there are no more leaks! I wanted to fit a homemade countertop for the bathroom, and they were happy to work with me to get it to work.
