SMS helped me deal with a sticky situation when I found my old iPad had a swollen lithium battery which forced the screen and casing to separate. They also took away all my old tech and disposed of it safely for me. While all this was going on, I wandered around the shop and found their new/reconditioned iPads for sale - and bought one at an exceptionally good price. As an older customer and not totally tech-savvy, I can sometimes feel out of my depth, but the guys and gals at SMS were friendly and helpful. They are now my 'Go To' place for tech support.

The gardens are amazing to walk around,though following the map, handed to us at reception where we purchased tickets, wasnt clear on the way back,so we got a little lost and had to trace our steps back to get back on track..the cafe is lovely,offering snacks,meals and refreshmemts,the gift dhop was shut when we went to view,but it was 4 in the afternoon,and out of season,so probably closes early.

It's a lovely location and the staff are very friendly but we struggled to access as the paths to the house through the garden are a bit challenging for a standard mobility scooter. We had to turn back as it was too uneven and bumpy. However, we managed to get to the café/restaurant which was lovely.
It would have been helpful if the website provided a bit more detail regarding the accessibility.
I'm also wondering if it would be possible to allow people with mobility issues to be driven up to the front of the house by family/friends so that they could access.
