Totally professional, kept me updated every step of the way when I brought in my old PS3 which is nothing more than excellent service! They really go above and beyond for their customers and were totally honest and upfront about any issue they came across and with what to do next. Would definitely trust SMS with any other tech I have problems with!

Somerset media solution is an amazing place. A small, local business which strives to help people whatever their needs. I always go there as they are reasonable and really helpful-particularly Will Smith! They are really friendly and have an adorable dog Marley who is well behaved and a wonderful addition to the team. They are willing to help with a range of needs, for example fixing laptops and providing training for elderly users. They also offer a lot of advice for free. I can't recommend this place enough!!
