County Investigations has recently moved from one of the small business website providers, with minimal functionality, to Dexterous Designs. Thank goodness we did!
Our criteria, for a new provider, was to look for a company who not only knew what they were doing, but could grasp our needs and who would be responsive, as opposed to hiding behind all the usual helpdesk excuses. Our previous supplier was unable to provide these basic requirements and, being unable to speak to those doing the work, it led to a challenging relationship in an area where we have limited knowledge - all extremely frustrating.
Then we found Dexterous Designs and their excellent team. To date, they have rewritten our website and provided a sound platform for further development. They have inserted new functionality as needed and added in those things which were previously simply unachievable. They have been timely in their response to our queries and all of this has been done with the minimum of explanation and fuss; working both quickly and at reasonable cost.
In summary, we can heartily recommend Dexterous Designs.

Had my car repaired by Rob at Smart Carz after it was damaged by a recycling lorry while parked. Rob provided an excellent quote (by far the most competitive I found) and was able to book me in quickly at a time that suited my schedule.

I wasn't sure who to call but I thought I'd try Rotor Pixel first. Thankfully I chose well. I rang on a Saturday and spoke to Dan about an issue with my home alarm going off randomly and causing much annoyance with my neighbours (and me) with the outside alarm not stopping when it should be. Dan said he'd get me booked in for a Monday visit. I then asked if there was any chance someone could come over any sooner? Within 30 minutes he came over himself and sorted the issue for me!
