Tyler did a spot on job and it's great to know he's near at hand should I encounter problems. He also did a good job in finding me the right laptop, not the most expensive.

Absolutely brilliant, bought refurbed Dell desktop with Windows 11 ,. All working better than expected with just one wrinkle caused by my Sonos music system linked to Apple update on my iTunes and Will arrived remotely and solved my problems within minutes.
