We could not have chosen a better company to rent our stairlift from, excellent service from the first enquiry to the fitting two days latter. The website quotes easy to understand prices and equipment available.<br>We rang on Monday and talked to a lovely helpful lady called Charlotte who arranged for our property to be surveyed for suitability, the next day we have a visit from Stewart who confirmed the suitability and what the installation would involve.<br>The day after we had a phone call to arrange fitting on the same day, the installation was undertaken by Stewart who was the most pleasant and polite person we could have hoped to carry out the work, the installation was undertaken in under two hours with hardly any noticeable noise and no absolutely no mess.<br>We would highly recommend this company if you are looking to have a stairlift fitted in your property.

What a great experience for our residents at Tiverton Almshouse Trust receiving their 1st stair lift. The installers were patient, kind and happy to give our residents time to explain everything. We are now waiting on our 2nd to be installed soon and maybe more. Highly recommend

My wife and I had to fly back into the UK due to my father being taken to hospital. We had to get a Stair lift fitted in his house quickly. The Dma team were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they made a difficult situation easier. Within 2 working days it was all installed, great price, great service from a great little company. I would highly recommend them.

Having finally persuaded my mother that a stairlift was essential to allow her to remain living in her own home, the challenge then was to find a suitable supplier. I am sure, that like many before me I was full of trepidation as it was a product and service about which I had no knowledge at all. I invited 2 local companies and 2 National ones to meet me at the house. Knowing what now know I would have called a halt after the visit from DMA, the first supplier. This company have been exceptional throughout and an absolute pleasure to deal with - they are the epitome of a local company who genuinely care about the service they offer whose reputation means everything to them. Their care and attention to my mum's needs has been really quite remarkable and nothing has been too much trouble. It was always my intention to be there on the installation day but when I was unable to attend I need not have been at all concerned - the team were patient and completely understanding which left my mum feeling totally re-assured and confident in the use of the stairlift. No matter who you have the pleasure to speak with, all of their staff afford you the same high level of professionalism, care and attention. I would not hesitate to recommend DMA for the supply, installation and aftercare of your stairlift, they are all an absolute breath of fresh air - thank you so much!

This company came two hours after my call on a Friday to measure and returned on the Monday to fit. Excellent service, it enabled a terminally ill lady to join her family for what turned out to be her last birthday. Prompt, efficient with a can-do attitude, this company made a real difference.
