From the very first meeting with Helen Jo and Sarah we were put at ease and dealt with compassion and care. We met with Helen very soon after diagnosis, and were given an outline of how the process worked, and the team handled all the paperwork from that point on. The case involved asbestos exposure from Brian’s work as a on various fishing vessels. My husband was able to supply a lot of dates and information from his employment years and it seemed to help him have some focus during a different time. He always felt confident about Helens abilities and advice. Thanks to Helens tenacity and hard work the claim was settled while Brian was still alive and exceeded what we expected, so Brian was able to take comfort from that, and that meant a lot to me.
