A brilliant place in the centre of Taunton which has stayed true to itself. Picturesque on the outside and one of the most beautiful places in Somerset. That's just to look at on the outside, the fact it's free, with friendly, passionate and super friendly staff is yet another plus. Wheelchair accessible and really good for learning disabilities and physical disabilities.... I have been several times and I find all ages enjoy this wonderful attraction. The cafe is also brilliant and serves lovely food and drinks with a whole range of choices while the shop inside the reception also has lots to offer. Well worth a visit!

A hidden treasure and surprisingly spacious,laid out beautifully, really interesting, very friendly and knowledgeable staff,oh yes the café is very good as well, will definitely go again, the art exhibition was fantastic
