Excellent day out. The museum is very modern and the exhibits are brilliant. We took the park and ride bus which was very cheap with our two little ones. They also enjoyed themselves very much. The restaurant is a bit pricey but if you wander out into town a minutes walk from the museum, then there's lots to choose from. Would be nice if the education centre was open a bit more often 😊

A great local attraction, great exhibitions and it's free drop in and visit. I understand they do great classes and workshops for kids as well

Very interesting displays, housed in a lovely building. Lots of interactive things for the kids to do. You can learn lots about the history of Somerset and see treasures that have been found.

Very friendly staff who clearly enjoy seeing visitors and the trail for children was a nice touch. Convenient little cafe too which was great. Will be back again to watch the film when on my own sometime.
