Topped up my engine oil in Budgens and managed to lose the cap somewhere in my bonnet. A very kind man helped me and pointed me towards a place down the road.
Tom came out straight away and actually found my engine oil cap for me. He topped up my oil and coolant without a moment’s hesitation, all while I had my baby in the car. He was so friendly, reassuring, and genuinely helpful – he completely eased what had been a really stressful situation. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better help.
Would 100% recommend & will definitely be going here again for future services.
