Very professional, courteous and understanding. We had a problem (our own fault) and it was quickly resolved by Sue, who helped us choose the correct mattress. Sue was very patient and respectful with us and ensured we were happy with our final choice. Just like the good old days when excellent service and fair prices were the norm.
