JMR came to see my elderly mum as she was very worried about an immersion heater leak, I live too far away to get to her so after speaking to Damien from JMR and then his very helpful admin person (Who I'm ashamed to say I have forgotten her name) the job was booked in, this already felt like we had made the right decision. Then an amazing young man called Kieran came to visit and confirmed we had found the best people, he was professional, incredibly polite and according to mum charming too! Kieran & Roy arrive early and were very likeable and friendly. On encountering numerous unexpected challenges while doing the job they overcame them all with good humour and professionalism With one final problem cropping up just as they were about to leave they stayed on until 6.45pm to sort it out - above and beyond the call of duty! I can't recommend them and JMR highly enough.

Henry and his team are amazing. Such a professional service from the initial meeting to discuss and choose to completion. It's always nerve-wraking when you replace the flooring in a commercial property due to time constraints but Henry and the boys came and got the job done to the highest of standards. So happy with the final result - looks incredible.

Joe and team had previously moved my boiler for me, and had advised at the time that it was due to be replaced. Good sound advice was given (although not in a pushy way at all), which sadly I ignored - resulting in a slightly embarrassing call a few months later with me having to ask for a new replacement boiler to be installed as the old one failed. The work was completed quickly and the team were really careful to avoid damaging the newly installed kitchen around it. The team were tidy, polite and great in terms of communication and I felt I had a very reasonable price for the work.
