We have had MJ Parsons complete 2 jobs for us. Resolving a mysterious noisy loft that was making our life a misery & a kitchen renovation inc a flooring repair. We couldn't be happier. From the first phone call to them, they have been nothing but efficient, punctual, friendly, incredibly reliable & a pleasure to have in our home. They have very reasonable & fair prices & have been respectful of our property (always removing shoes). To have them on the end of the phone for help & reassurance when so distressed about our loft was invaluable & we are truly grateful. The team could be trusted to come & go whilst I got on with my day job. Instead of hating our tired, rotten kitchen, we now love using the bright, airy, beautiful room it now is & comment on how much we love it every day. I will only use & recommend MJ Parsons for all future work, so if you're looking around for a quote, you can stop looking as their number is the only one you need to call :-)

It's a mystery to me why this garden is an RHS Partner Garden. This is clearly a long-term project.
Both the house and garden are neglected, and little has been done to inform visitors about the future plans.
With the right team, a solid plan, and proper communication, this could become a beautiful place.
It's painful to see it now.
Consider becoming a friend or volunteer to support these people; they desperately need it. As a one-time visitor, I would skip this site.

Katharine is such an amazing, knowledgeable and supportive trainer! The course itself was well structured with lots of practical training techniques throughout that were easy to implement into every day life. However, what stands Katharine apart from other trainers I've worked with is the care she gives to her students (both human and canine) and is available 24/7 to provide help and care if and when its needed. You can tell she's not just paying lip service, but really loves what she does and genuinely wants to go over and above in order for her students to achieve. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

I’m now on my second course provided by Katharine Brunsch at Canine Support. It is a really unique offering in a crowded marketplace of dog behaviour specialist and training, and I say that based on experience of having engaged more than one in person behaviour specialist meeting. The way these tend to go is that you pay quite a large sum of money for a couple of hours where your dog doesn’t exhibit the behaviours you want to demonstrate and you get overloaded with information in a single session without a digestible way to move forward.
Canine Support is very different – it’s a fantastic combination of genuinely useful resource materials in an almost eLearning fashion with lots of useful videos, a dedicated Facebook group and most importantly, is then backed up by weekly Zoom calls and 1:1 calls if required.
I completed the ‘Fear of Fireworks’ 4 week mini course designed to prepare your dog for fireworks. We thoroughly enjoyed it, learnt a lot and it absolutely worked! I dread fireworks each year as my dog suffers from extreme anxiety, but all of the methods and techniques were really useful in making it the most successful bonfire night and my dog remaining the most relaxed through it all that he’s ever been. Thank you so much Katharine!

The advice we have been given from Canine Support has made a significant difference to our dog. She has gained confidence and is not as reactive as she used to be. The group is full of lovely members who all support one another. Katharine is extremely knowledgeable with issues regarding our dog and is always contactable and if we dont get to speak to her, Katharine replies promptly with sound advice.
