I didn’t at any point feel under pressure, it was your classic sales pitch and for that I really respect him and Solar Gain. Thank you for being genuine, honest, decent and knowledgeable

During the installation, everyone was polite and efficient despite doing the entire fit in the rain. The problems that arose were resolved promptly. We received support getting onto the app.

Vanessa sorted out the booking process and made sure we got all the documentation we needed. Colin, Will and Lawrence were brilliant on install day. Got loads of work done and tidy up after themselves. All sorted in a day and up and running.

The Flower Preservation Workshop does take a long time but that is because they are preciously taking care of your flowers letting them dry out correctly and made me very well aware of the process. it was worth the wait

I approached Rachael rather short notice after my grandads funeral hoping to be able to preserve the flowers. Within an hour we had a plan and two days later I dropped my flowers off, the communication was amazing and the workshop is so lovely.
I asked if they could include some sentimental items within the paperweight which they were able to do.
I received my flowers back yesterday they look better than I could have imagined, incredibly personal, they are truly wonderful.
To have a lasting memory to celebrate my grandad and my Nannie to have as a reminder of happier times is very special.
