Went for the late night opening for Christmas. It was free to get in had to pay extra to see santa and work shop. I paid a visit to the gift shop and brought some christmas decorations. The shop was reasonable priced. The food was lovely I had a pigs in blanket pizza and chocolate log and hot chocolate was to die for. The best thing for me and my son was toasting the marshmallows on the fire. There was also a live band and the children were dancing. Really would recommend lovely festive feeling.

Lovely place to visit, we are going to take a picnic there in the summer with the grandchildren, they loved the open space, was perfect for them to explore.

A nice place to walk the dog around the grounds and enjoy a meal, but it is not cheap so save your visit for the spring or summer.

I went to thier Christmas craft fair, very impressed lots of high quality goodies. More professional than most fairs but apparently its a £180per stall so they need to be on thier game to make that sort of money before even paying themselves a wage.

very beautiful place with nice shop and separate cafe, dog friendly throughout which is great and some good vegan options although their vegan recipes need a little work.... they had a delicious chai cake but was too dry I've done vegan baking and never made a dry cake.

Allways really enjoy our visits and a wander up through the woodland and valley and a meal either in the dining room in the house or the stables cafe. Oh yes a very good 2nd hand bookshop and plant centre to throw into the mix.
