A breath of fresh air<br><br>County Investigations has recently moved from one of the small business website providers, with minimal functionality, to Dexterous Designs. Thank goodness we did!<br><br>Our criteria, for a new provider, was to look for a company who not only knew what they were doing, but could grasp our needs and who would be responsive, as opposed to hiding behind all the usual helpdesk excuses. Our previous supplier was unable to provide these basic requirements and, being unable to speak to those doing the work, it led to a challenging relationship in an area where we have limited knowledge - all extremely frustrating.<br><br>Then we found Dexterous Designs and their excellent team. To date, they have rewritten our website and provided a sound platform for further development. They have inserted new functionality as needed and added in those things which were previously simply unachievable. The advice I received on the day, and since, has been incredibly helpful.<br><br>Business Cards Designed by Sally:<br>Thanks to Marc's support, Sally then created the most beautiful business cards for Charlotte Time; they are elegant, perfectly on-brand, and were delivered exactly when I needed them. The quality of the print and the design truly capture the warmth of my service, and I’ve already had so many compliments!<br><br>Leaflets Designed by Sally:<br>Sally also designed gorgeous leaflets that perfectly reflect the friendly, caring tone of Charlotte Time. The layout is clear, the images are inviting, and the copy flows seamlessly; she really understood what I wanted to convey.<br><br>Website Designed by Harvey<br>My website looks terrific and I am thrilled! Harvey listened carefully to my brief, took the time to understand my business, and produced a first draft that was impressively close to what I wanted. The very few small changes I requested were accommodated quickly and professionally, and the whole process was completed within just a couple of weeks. I also have a follow-up meeting booked in, where Harvey will guide me through updating certain parts of my website and help me with my emails, this is a huge bonus for someone who is not especially tech-savvy!
