Good communication and skilled tradesman. They completed all work asked for, and even fixed an extra leak I wasn't aware of! Will definitely use again.

Having had a PC repaired and later purchased a desktop and laptop, I have no problem recommending SMS and Will. He is on hand to do remote investigations and upgrading our desktop memory.

Visa issue resolved
My brother-in-law had been refused a visa to visit the UK. I took the case to Merve Danaci who was very helpful and explained the entire process to me, as well as submitting mitigating information to the home office. The outcome was that the visa was granted. Very happy with the outcome

Excellent communication throughout, I knew the cost of the works to be carried out before booking. They turned up when they said they were going to and did a great job.
