A must visit if in the area!<br><br>We made an impromptu stop at Taunton on our drive back home from North Devon for a spot of lunch and decided to pop in with our children. Museum itself is housed in a castle and very well maintained, with a picturesque courtyard and cafe. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed so kindly by the guides. The exhibitions were very well curated and children were fascinated (dinosaur skeleton, Roman mosaic, horde of coins etc).<br><br>There was also an art exhibition of a local artist which was worth visiting - wood cuts, paintings and metal sculptures.
