Their customer service is second to none and their knowledge and advice is delivered at a level that is easily understandable to those of us with less comprehension of a computer/phone.<br>Recently, they have supplied me with a new laptop and ensured it met all my requirements before a purchase was made. The after sales service has been worth the slightly higher purchase price compared to a large online store. You can rest assure that they will be on hand should an problems or queries crop up.<br>SMS are an asset to our small town.<br>Keep up the good work.
