Robby came out at short notice, replied to my emails late at night (completely unexpected btw) said he’d be there at 8am sharp and he was! He was very knowledgable, got to work while it was snowing without complaint and got me back on the road. Nothing dodgy about dodgy garage, would recommend to anyone.

Top man, on time and really helpful. The dpf was fine so it didn't need cleaning, there was no need for it. he done some tests and he told me it was my exhaust gas pressure sensor didn't charge me for the work only travel costs.

Robby attended my car to try to diagnose and clean a blocked dpf , straight away said the dpf was cracked and would need a replacement , showed me the current values on his tablet to show the car is working within guidelines, but the dpf is beyond cleaning. I think someone else may have just tried to clean it to take my money.
