Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Henry and co. for bringing piano back to life. I am delighted, and so is the piano!
Henry is a proper craftsman, enthusiastic about the work he does and very happy to explain it. (He is also an excellent pianist!) When he came to visit to look at the piano, he showed me what was wrong with the instrument and told me how he was going to fix it. While the work was underway, he provided updates from the shop floor. Finally he dropped in again when the instrument was delivered, to check that everything was ok. At each step of the way I knew that the piano was in safe hands.
The piano is now lovely to play. The action is beautifully even and responsive, the pedals are perfect, there are no cracks in the soundboard. The whole instrument feels and sounds new, even though it's over a hundred and fifteen years old.
Thank you again! :)

Julie is absolutely lovely, making the process so much easier and less intimidating! I won’t hesitate in recommending her for LPAs and wills (in fact I already have).

Julie has been like a 'breath of fresh air' helping me to sort through my paperwork and offering helpful advice. I chose Julie because she had so many great reviews on Facebook and as soon as she arrived at my house it was obvious why she is so highly regarded. Julie understands that all families are different and that family situations can often be complex and sensitive. I don't hesitate in recommending her friendly, helpful, professional and affordable service.
