I wasn't sure who to call but I thought I'd try Rotor Pixel first. Thankfully I chose well. I rang on a Saturday and spoke to Dan about an issue with my home alarm going off randomly and causing much annoyance with my neighbours (and me) with the outside alarm not stopping when it should be. Dan said he'd get me booked in for a Monday visit. I then asked if there was any chance someone could come over any sooner? Within 30 minutes he came over himself and sorted the issue for me! JMR came to see my elderly mum as she was very worried about an immersion heater leak, I live too far away to get to her so after speaking to Damien from JMR and then his very helpful admin person (Who I'm ashamed to say I have forgotten her name) the job was booked in, this already felt like we had made the right decision. Then an amazing young man called Kieran came to visit and confirmed we had found the best people, he was professional, incredibly polite and according to mum charming too! Job done in no time and she wasn't worried anymore. My mum felt safe thanks to JMR and besides the work being done quickly and to a very high standard and a good price, her saying she felt secure says it all right? Thanks you JMR, highly recommended.

Kieran & Roy arrive early and were very likeable and friendly. On encountering numerous unexpected challenges while doing the job they overcame them all with good humour and professionalism With one final problem cropping up just as they were about to leave they stayed on until 6.45pm to sort it out - above and beyond the call of duty! I can't recommend them and JMR highly enough.
