But highly surprised with great service and Ricky was exceptional very professional, kept me up to date on the progression of work being carried out and first class service. I would highly recommend.

On 27/08/2026
I had a check injection light coming up on my dashboard on the way to a job just around the corner to these guys.
I couldn't find the plade.
Stopped outside and asked for directions, this nice chap told me I was in the right estate, then, lightbulb moment when I saw them working on motorhome engine, hood open et al, I've asked:
Do you have a diagnostic tool? I've a warning on?
He reply yes and went to grab, looked at it, no fault codes coming on, full reset.
All cleared, 2 hours journey home, still clear.
Do I owe anything?
No, was the answer.
You need a caravan or motorhome service?
Go see them.
They are a good bunch.

We don't know where we'd be without the great team at SMS, Chard. Whether it's your PC or mobile - to purchase, get fixed or be trained on - they're an incredible one-stop shop. Megan has recently helped me enormously, re upgrading my Samsung Galaxy, and also provided much needed further support with other issues I simply couldn't get my head around.
