Dean and his co worker Darren arrived punctually on time.
Immediately commenced work in a professional and working like manner.
Dean kept me informed at all stages of the work and any problems. All work was carried out professionally and within building regulations. I felt in very safe hands throughout the whole process.
On completion at the end of the day, the site was thoroughly cleaned and always were taken away.
I Cannot recommend this contractor highly enough, a genuine five star contractor.5*****

Joe came and got the job done within the day I contacted him. The matter was urgent as I rent to property. I contacted a few other people, but no one really cared the way Joe did. He really went the extra mile to help me in this difficult situation with all the restrictions and the lock down. He actually charged me less than he estimated when I first called him. He finished the job as promised in less time than I thought it would take. Very happy with his job and him as a character. Reliable, trustworthy and professional.. I will definitely use him again. Joe came initially to see what the problem was and came back the following day to fix it. While he was here we agreed he would service my boiler which he did. He had to come back briefly the following morning to put a collar on the washing machine hose as he didn’t have one in his van. His colleague did this quickly and efficiently.
