Clearview Windows replaced all of the doors and windows on our 5 bedroom detached home, so a fairly large job. We opted for the brown/black frames but with white internally, and a beautiful Aluminum front door, and three sets of French doors.
The installation went smoothly, with their team always on time and leaving our home clean as a pin each day. We were delighted with the completed installation!
But……post installation an issue arose with the French doors, which only happened in extreme cold weather conditions. Three times their engineers came out promptly when we called , and they really worked incredibly hard to resolve the problem. The irony was the problem was not of their making, or defective products, but was due to defects in the construction of our floating floors adjoining the doors. Clearview Windows remedied this for us having eventually found the problem, not that they had to but because they wanted to ensure that as customers we were looked after.
I always think the real test of any company’s service is when there is a problem, and how they handle it.
Clearview are exceptional in their customer care as well as being suppliers of quality products, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them - superb!
