Joe and team had previously moved my boiler for me, and had advised at the time that it was due to be replaced. Good sound advice was given (although not in a pushy way at all), which sadly I ignored - resulting in a slightly embarrassing call a few months later with me having to ask for a new replacement boiler to be installed as the old one failed. The work was completed quickly and the team were really careful to avoid damaging the newly installed kitchen around it. The team were tidy, polite and great in terms of communication and I felt I had a very reasonable price for the work.

We dropped off broken items and collected repaired items - really pleased! One computer just needed cleaning of a virus received from an innocent site that had been affected, the other seems to have sorted itself out and so no charge was made. Excellent service received.

My only criticism is that all of the lighting in the displays is failing so the text for all of the items is virtually unreadable. It's a shame because there is so much to see. A simple LED upgrade in all the display cases would make this a spectacular museum and an absolute must see while in Tsunton
