What a brilliant, local find, this shop is. It’s an Aladdin’s cave. We went looking for a new mattress a couple months ago, and have recently gone back and bought a new bed for another of the bedrooms. Great service, friendly, delivered to the rooms they needed to be put in, such a smooth process, no long waiting for delivery. If you need any furniture, or beds, for your home go and have a look in Bedrock.

One of the most dog friendly places I have visited! We started with the landscape garden walk, which is great fun for dogs, with wooded areas, ponds, and even a little trip across a field. We then had lunch in the restaurant, sitting in the courtyard area. Table service, which made it so easy with the dogs. We then spent time in the house itself, where the dogs were even allowed upstairs. The exhibitions were well put together, and it was such a treat to be able to go inside with the dogs. We finished with a turn around the formal Edwardian garden, which is beautifully designed by Lutyens. Overall an excellent day out!

Used our 2 for 1 Gardeners World Magazine voucher. A wonderful day out, so much to see across the house and gardens. Everyone was really friendly, from the ladies on reception (special shout out to lovely Limpy who made an appearance and is obviously very much loved!) to the volunteers in the House and servers in the on-site Stables restaurant, which I highly recommend. There is loads to see in the house with plenty of information throughout, and the volunteers are very knowledgeable. The gardens are stunning, and again, there is lots of information to read/videos etc.
