JMR came to see my elderly mum as she was very worried about an immersion heater leak, I live too far away to get to her so after speaking to Damien from JMR and then his very helpful admin person (Who I'm ashamed to say I have forgotten her name) the job was booked in, this already felt like we had made the right decision. Then an amazing young man called Kieran came to visit and confirmed we had found the best people, he was professional, incredibly polite and according to mum charming too! Job done in no time and she wasn't worried anymore. My mum felt safe thanks to JMR and besides the work being done quickly and to a very high standard and a good price, her saying she felt secure says it all right? Thanks you JMR, highly recommended.
