I found Dexterous Designs from a Google search for web designers locally. I know it's considered old fashioned these days but I wanted to be able to see who I was dealing with in person and be able to have a face to face conversation. Dexterous Designs has a physical office in the town centre of Taunton, easy to find and access. The welcome there is friendly and professional.
The Trust Pilot reviews for Dexterous designs were impeccable and I wondered if it was too good to be true.
I was looking for a company to design a whole new website for me from scratch along with a new company logo. I have to admit I am a dreamer, a bit of a perfectionist and like things 'just so'. I explained my ideas and expectations to Marc and gave him a budget. Knowing that my requests were somewhat of a challenge I wasn't expecting anything too special in return. I expected a basic website with a few extra tweaks... but boy did these guys rise to the challenge.
What I have has far exceeded my expectations. I have a beautiful, fully functioning website which is basically the brains of my business. It is the first experience people have with my business, and Marc and the team have produced something which does my business proud. Its a website which means my customers can log in and feel properly connected with my business, in control and involved.
The level of customer service I received from Dexterous Designs has also far exceeded my expectations. They kept me up to date every step of the way. They even provided me with a link so that I could see the website being built and it was exciting to see it taking shape. It also meant I was able to feel involved and make changes and suggestions along the way. Any changes I did request were made almost immediately. Communications have been fantastic throughout.
Never having a website before and not being all too tech savvy, meant that I had A LOT of questions and these guys have been more than patient with me, answering every single question with a high level of knowledge.
They listened to my suggestions and requests for the style of logo and have come up with something completely perfect for my business from the colours to the style, they knew exactly what I wanted.
Nothing has been too much trouble for Dexterous Designs and I would have no trouble in recommending them to anyone near or far.
I feel they really looked after me. Sometimes it feels like some companies just want to take your money. That was certainly not the case with these guys. They are honest, hard working and on top of that, have the ability to produce something that will make you and your customers say WOW.

Absolutely fantastic museum!! So much to see and learn about, and all linked to Somerset.<br>Some of the items on display are truly breathtaking, both in their age and history. All well presented and of huge variety, there is something for everyone.<br>The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the food from the cafe was delicious (a particularly spectacular ginger cake!!)<br>We spent nearly 4 hours there, and happily donated to their excellent work. To be honest, I was surprised at just how much they have packed in, without it becoming overwhelming, and how effortlessly one can cruise round soaking it all up!<br>Loved it. Thank you so much!

Have used many times for both phone and laptop issues. Replies quickly, extremely helpful especially when it comes to insurance claims. Fairly priced and will do what they can to save you money where possibly. Friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

We recently bought a 'dell' from 'sms' and Will called out to install it and also deal with many other issues we were experiencing. During the two hours Will was here he 'cast his magic wand and all issues have disappeared into the ether, and the new 'dell' is brilliant as well.
