Outstanding service from start to finish. Dan had a lot of patience and took his time to explain fully how everything worked. He also helped us set it up on our phones etc which he needn’t have done. He went out of his way to make it trouble free for us and even worked extra as he know how important it was to us to have everything in place asap. I would give 10 stars if I could and would highly recommend him. Thank you.

Joel booked us a RIVIERA trip down the Rhone and extra days in Avignon in an excellent hotel not far from the rail station. All help was laid on at airports for disabled. The hotel at Bristol for the early start and carpark provided was good.
Dave Criddle travel organised an excellent holiday and we will use them again!!

We really liked it here. The way it is set up is very good. From Roman right through to the making of somerset. Lots of historic detail about the courts and other events around the castle.
Being pensioners, we were pleased that it was all free. The cafe was closed, but it looked lovely, plus there was a lovely outside area within the courtyard. We would highly recommend a visit.

Visited on Saturday and really enjoyed it. The museum is free, interesting, and well worth a visit. The exhibits are engaging and informative, and I'd happily recommend it to others. My only criticism is the gift shop, where some prices seemed very high (£9 for a bookmark, for example). If you're visiting with young children, be aware that souvenir costs can add up quickly. Overall, a great museum and definitely worth seeing.
