A great Saturday night out ,for £15 you get live music act ,see photos for details, a great buffet menu & disco , can’t be beaten, phone and ask for Ginny a fantastic lady . The night was brilliant. I suggest you look at their entertainment coming up and try an event

The food and service was perfect and the venue itself was ideal, with great views and plenty of car parking and space inside. We used Oake Manor Golf Club for my Mum's Wake because we wanted something near to Taunton Crematorium that could accommodate a large group. Its difficult to know how many to cater for when organising a funeral. We went for 180 which was ample (just over 200 attended the Crematorium so 180 was about right for the Wake).

Myself and 4 family members attended a recent ball at Oake golf club near Taunton. It was a superb location. All staff were attentive to your needs, table clearing, making sure you had what you'd ordered etc. Speedy bar service with offers of double up drinks for £2 more. The venue was superb. The dance floor area was perfect. The whole meal for the ball was 5 star stuff. Not one of our group finished our delicious carvery as there was so much. They do carvery every Sunday usually too. The horseradish sauce was hot and spicy perfection. I will be intending to go again next year. Plenty of car park space too.

We attended our sons wedding. From the moment we arrived staff was hand to help of we needed it. The staff was very friendly and attentive. When the meal arrived it was served well and quickly, the organisation was perfect.

Travelled up from Cornwall with the family for my son's 22 birthday as their Sunday lunches are fabulous! Excellent window table, thank you! Attentive and professional happy staff. Carvery was fresh well cooked hot and the vegetarian option was delicious! The desert trolley was fabulous! Super selection that suited all the family! Was a super enjoyable experience and no negatives! That's why we travel for the experience! Thank you!

My wife has various dietary requires. This friday like may other times, the crew at Oake Manor were so helpful. They cooked her a really great meal that met her requirements.
Thank you all at Oake for being so reliable and making any event special. So many places cannot cook anything, all they can do is reheated meal packets.

I visited the Allerford inn after someone had liked it on facebook so thought I would try it out with my family for lunch, it had been open for 4 days when we went and the food was lush, gravy was epic with the pie I had but could have just done with some peas but thats just me been fussy and my partner had a mega burger which was mega! Shall be visiting again soon.
