With so many security camera companies to choose from, it's never easy choosing 'the right one'.
Dan is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and was very supportive and professional during the installation of our chosen equipment. Since then we have contacted Dan to enable some tweaks to the system and he was accommodating and responsive to our needs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Rotor Pixel Technologies (more specifically Dan) to anyone looking for quality equipment with excellent customer service.

In spite of many attempts to contact our own service provider and local companies claiming to provide after-hours support, we were reffered to Rotor Pixel Technologies who were extremely helpful and was able to send out an engineer at 0530 the next day.
There was a failure of the intercom system, which meant nobody could access the staff parking areason time, but Dan arrived on the scene and immediately released the barrier, ensuring our kitchens were not disrupted. The next day we had a new keypad installed and the sytem is now working perfectly!
We will definately call Rotor Pixel Technologies without hesitation if we have any issues in the future.

Every stage of a complexed process was interpreted in way that even someone with my limited knowledge could understand.I have worked with Daniel and his team on several occasions using his skills for time lapse record, security recording and search and rescue.
The quality of all recordings is of the highest standard delivered on time every time in a format that works for us.Every member of the team have been polite, efficient and well presented and nothing we've asked for has been too much trouble.
Speed it up, slow it down, set it to music, zoom in or out, make it warm or dark - nothing ever seems to much.Value for money is outstanding and I would challenge anyone to get the service and quality for less.

We've had the Rotor Pixel Technologies upgrade!!!
What started out as a 6 camera surveillance system enquiry resulted in: CCTV, a lovely set of electric gates, remote lighting and heating controls for our pool & outbuildings. Not to forget, we now also have lightning fast internet following Dan's advice and installation. :-)The team at Rotor Pixel have been amazing throughout the whole process and explain everything in enough detail for us to understand - without frying our brains!
We will definitely be returning to Rotor Pixel Technologies in the near future.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Dan had a lot of patience and took his time to explain fully how everything worked. He also helped us set it up on our phones etc which he needn’t have done. He went out of his way to make it trouble free for us and even worked extra as he know how important it was to us to have everything in place asap.
