Came out the The Allerford on 03/05/2025 for a family meal woth some friends.
Lovely looking, massive venue. Sat inside, it was very warm. We were sat in the floral room.
Server was very polite. The food wasnt fast, but acceptable given a very busy Saturday. Food was very tasty, The Allefoelrd Chicken was exceptional.
We went outside after rhe meal and the kids enjoyed the play area and bouncy castle. Reallt gorgeous scenery. We will be back.

I hadn't booked a table but they were very welcoming and was able to seat, we were a little hesitate at first as we went so late and thought there wouldn't be much.
How wrong was I all meat, potatoes and fresh vegetables were coming out as we went up to get the carvery.

Went for a carvery and despite it being incredibly busy the service was fantastic. The food beat all expectations and the dauphinoius was the absolute stand out.
It's very rare to have a carvery with no corners cut and I couldn't recommend more.

I booked for a table of 12 for a Sunday carvery in honour of my mums 80th birthday. Our initial choice which was a restaurant in the middle of everyone attending
just happened to turn us down as they only accommodate 10 at a table. In my opinion this is ridiculous but having said that, I'm so pleased they declined our booking as the food and the service at the allerford was amazing.
We had a couple of members delayed due to traffic. The extremely polite young man that was checking on our table did not rush us and understood that we were waiting on a couple to attend. I wish I took his name because he is truly a credit to the establishment and will go a long way in hospitality.
Once our party was complete we all enjoyed the most amazing meal. Waiting staff being absolutely amazing and the bar staff were so sweet and polite.
I will 100% be returning very soon just for a general meal out but absolutely be choosing the allerford for a bigger get together. It was perfect.

Amazing family pub, my sighted loved the farm and bouncy castle, very friendly owners, staff are very helpful and professional. Lovely outside space, absolutely love how the new owners have transformed the pub, you're doing a good job guys!

Amazing food amazing staff and amazing owners!! I would 1000% recommend coming here for food ! I would also say fit our looking to have your wedding here I would definitely go for it. My friend got married here in feb and they went above and beyond for her!
