Moving house is, as we all know, a very stressful process. It can be made better, or worse, by the people one deals with in the course of the process. Walking from the high street into the law office was delightful. A hot day outside and a smile and warm welcome in the reception area. Appointment made and not to long to wait. Lynsey was informative and the appointment went smoothly and at a pace that I could hear and understand. I do get flustered as I have hearing loss and afraid I will misunderstand what is being said, but I had no need to worry. My Appointments after was at a time that fitted in with my lifestyle.
