Dean communicated promptly and in detail before and during the re-roofing - he reassured our neighbour (we’re semi-detached) about the process, phoning her to discuss, liaising with solar panel company (Dean is experienced and knowledgeable about these too).
The team worked cheerfully throughout the week - even though it was the heatwave and very difficult working conditions.

Used our 2 for 1 Gardeners World Magazine voucher. A wonderful day out, so much to see across the house and gardens. Everyone was really friendly, from the ladies on reception (special shout out to lovely Limpy who made an appearance and is obviously very much loved!) to the volunteers in the House and servers in the on-site Stables restaurant, which I highly recommend. There is loads to see in the house with plenty of information throughout, and the volunteers are very knowledgeable. The gardens are stunning, and again, there is lots of information to read/videos etc.
First time using JMR and I could not be any happier with the service received. Natasha was extremely professional and efficient in handling the issue.
Alfie who carried the work out worked to a very high standard. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
